You will have an opportunity to select a topic in I/O psychology that piques your interest. Literature reviews are an essential part of evidence-based practices. For your final paper, you will select a trending topic and conduct a mini-literature review. The focus of a literature review is to summarize the research on a current topic, including findings, theory development, limitations, and new advances in I/O Psychology. We will talk more about literature reviews in class including samples of published literature reviews.
