55yrs old single parent to a 26yrs old daughter married with one child, lives in a rural area, previously works as a house maid for financial needs and supported by the government pension for financial status. Diagnosed endometrial carcinoma FIGO 3 stage IV B colon with subphrenic abscess of CT. (irregular periods, with heavy bleeding for 6months, found out with polyps and it was removed, then biopsy )had TABSO a year ago , presently with colostomy and right side drainage for abscess collection. She’s on her 4th course of her chemotherapy
Medication;
- Pipenacillin Tazobactam IV 2.25gms every 6hrs for 10 days
- Ertapenem 1gm OD 14 days
- Enoxaparin 0.4cc SQ OD
