Your plan should describe the following: Security leadership initiatives to mitigate and prevent employee and customer theft (including organized retail crime) Apprehension guidelines Penalties and prosecution thresholds All appropriate security measures that will be implemented Include a brief overview of your selected retail organization including the type of merchandise it sells, the store size and location, and any other information pertinent to your loss prevention plan.
