Management
a project about a company and my part was recachin" rel="nofollow">ing and presentin" rel="nofollow">ing we are team of 4 students and there is some in" rel="nofollow">information.
2-Part Fin" rel="nofollow">inal Paper (worth 12.5 poin" rel="nofollow">ints for each part, totalin" rel="nofollow">ing 25 poin" rel="nofollow">ints): Your fin" rel="nofollow">inal paper is a theory-supported evaluation of the behavior of your project team
throughout the semester. There are two parts to this paper along with a second document contain" rel="nofollow">inin" rel="nofollow">ing your compiled “team/behavioral notes” from throughout the semester.
These notes are a regularly main" rel="nofollow">intain" rel="nofollow">ined journal of observations of self and team behavior (described below and also discussed in" rel="nofollow">in class).
Part 1 of Paper: Self Analysis 2 Pages In this first part of the paper you discuss, analyze and critique your own behavior (and performance) as a project team member.
Use concepts and theory learned in" rel="nofollow">in this class to support and illumin" rel="nofollow">inate your analysis and discussion, i.e. Explain" rel="nofollow">in your personal performance and in" rel="nofollow">influence on the team
usin" rel="nofollow">ing what you have learned.
Part 2 of Paper: Team Analysis (3 Pages: Dedicate this section of the paper to discussion, analysis and critique of the behavior (and performance) of the entire team.
Again" rel="nofollow">in, use concepts and theories from class to build, support and illumin" rel="nofollow">inate your analysis.
In the appendices (up to 5 extra credit poin" rel="nofollow">ints): Include raw notes/journal entries that you collected on your own or your team’s behavior durin" rel="nofollow">ing the semester (see
below). Include any tables, charts, or pictures that support your analysis. Quality notes and support in" rel="nofollow">in the appendices can qualify for up to 5 extra credit poin" rel="nofollow">ints on
your paper grade. The extra credit poin" rel="nofollow">ints will not give you a score above the maximum score; it will boost your score ‘up to’ the maximum score. Team/Behavioral Notes:
In your fin" rel="nofollow">inal paper you will present and analyze the actual behaviors of you and your teammates as you completed your projects. Therefore, it would be very helpful for
you to keep a journal of “behavioral notes” (see below) that describes various aspects of your team’s behavior durin" rel="nofollow">ing the semester. In these notes you record
in" rel="nofollow">information about the dynamics of your team in" rel="nofollow">interactions, in" rel="nofollow">includin" rel="nofollow">ing who does what, who says what, how you are organized that day, etc… In the management world, such
note-takin" rel="nofollow">ing (performed either literally or mentally) is critical to success. It is up to you as to how you will record your notes, and as to what you decide is
important enough to write down. You can write your notes by hand, type them directly in" rel="nofollow">into a computer, or use a combin" rel="nofollow">ination of both methods (this is what I do for my
own research). It is best if you record behavioral notes after nearly every group in" rel="nofollow">interaction! This could mean immediately after, later that night, or even the next
mornin" rel="nofollow">ing. If you wait too long then you will lose important details from the meetin" rel="nofollow">ing and there will be no good way to recover them.
I have uploaded the project please take a look and follow the guid lin" rel="nofollow">ine
