Begin their ten-page research paper on a specific counseling skill that is experientially focused. I have chosen the skill of managing transference and counter-transference within the therapeutic relationship between the counselor and the counselee. The paper must have at least 10 sources, some of which I have already found to be incorporated, so you would not have to do much research yourself. I do not have a thesis at this time, but the thesis should go beyond whether or not this counseling technique is effective. Some ideas might be that this technique would work particularly well with X population or what specific transformations a counselee might achieve through experiencing this counseling skill.
