More and more US states and Canadian provinces have approved the medical and/or recreational use of
marijuana, yet marijuana is considered to be an illegal drug under federal law. Recently, Oregon has even
voted to decriminalize “hard drugs” like cocaine and heroin. Should marijuana be legalized as is alcohol or
