  Theory can offer many thin" rel="nofollow">ings to the researcher. It can be used to explain" rel="nofollow">in phenomena, generate hypotheses and suggest additional directions for research. In turn, the results from research can be used to refin" rel="nofollow">ine existin" rel="nofollow">ing theory. A clear theoretical framework arisin" rel="nofollow">ing from the literature, such as management theory, leadership theory or change theory, can be used to guide your research, in" rel="nofollow">includin" rel="nofollow">ing your choice of research design and methodology.
