Media Analysis
Order Description
Your task is to prepare a critical analysis of news and social media reportin" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">ing about your chosen issue (food/nutrition - prevention on kidney disease). You must evaluate the extent to which this issue has/ these issues have been reported by Australian news media and on social media, and the nature of the reportin" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">ing on this issue.
As a guide, you should select a sample of news media coverage (newspaper, onlin" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">ine news sites, radio or television) and social media (Facebook, Twitter) over a three-month period between June and September 2016. You choose the media and sites for analysis. The volume of coverage will vary between issues, but for news media you should aim to select no more than 50 articles for your quantitative research, and no more than 10 of those for your qualitative research. For the social media analysis, choose no more than 20 exemplars for qualitative analysis. You will conduct a quantitative content analysis and a qualitative discourse analysis of the mediated discussion of your issue.
***IMPORTANT!!!
The report is around 1000 words, but I have already done some first parts with almost 400 words, so you need to contin" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">inue with other 550-600 words. I have attached the document "media analysis.docx" which I have done and there is also a structure that you just need to follow (you will have to start from the section 3.2). Also, I have a sample work in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in file "Media Analysis - example" so you can have a look and follow the sample ( especially the section 3.3 and 4.2, you can follow exactly). But be careful that section 3.2 and 4.1 are different so don't follow the sample. Just have a look to see how it is done. The different thin" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">ing is that the sample report analyse the framin" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">ing of news articles, but in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in my report you need to analysis the discourse of social media. So keep that in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in min" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">ind and try not to be mistaken.
With the section 3.3 and 4.2 you need to do it base on the codin" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">ing schedule and codin" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">ing manual, which I have already done and attached in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in the file "codin" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">ing schedule & manual". So you can create graph/table/chart (just like in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in the sample work) base on the codin" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">ing manual that I have done and then analyse it.
Conclusion is just to summarize what you have found in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in your report, surroundin" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">ing the news articles and social media posts.
Sorry for the long note but hopefully it helps you understand and do the work easier, please let me know if there is anythin" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">ing you are not sure. thank you!
