  Order Description   Go Fresh Deli is a chain of delis that employs 500 servers across their stores. Employees in the shops are required to take the customers’ orders, which includes asking customers how much meat or cheese the customers. Customers typically place their orders using fractions of pounds, such as ¼ pound of cheddar cheese. Thus, employees must possess basic math skills to determine the correct weight of the order. Go Fresh Deli has not been pleased with their current selection test. Many of the employees they thought would be competent, have not been able to do simple math. For example, customers were complaining that they received .40 lb when they asked for a quarter pound. Go Fresh Deli is looking for a new test that will help them select employees with basic employment skills, including math skills, more specifically.
