Carry out a review of the scholarly literature:

  1. Discuss the nature and extent of the challenges or management problems this issue poses (1/2 page minimum).
  2. Provide a detailed, accurate review of at least two articles from the scholarly literature (not our textbook or a magazine or website) on the subject (2 page
minimum). Scholarly articles are full-length documents on original research, written by an expert for other experts, with new information and research
results. The authors are scholars or researchers with advanced degrees like Ph.D. and known affiliations. There are many differences between an ordinary

    scholarly articles.
