There are many different methods for conducting research. Use the business research databases available
through the CSP Library, such as ABI/INFORM and Business Source Premier, to find two scholarly articles that
include three of the five items listed below:
Literature Review
Surveys and Questionnaires
Interviews
Observation
Focus Groups
For easy access to these databases, use the Library Resources guide in the course menu. Select two articles
with related topics and compare and contrast approaches relative to your three items. In your post, note how
you located the two articles. List your search words and offer any insight into how you refined your search. Of
the three items you selected, which is your favorite and why?
