Miscommunication

Communication issues can be a problem for some of us professionals in the workplace. It is much easy for individuals to misunderstand or misinterpret the other person(s) and because of this issue, these misunderstanding may cause disruption. My focus will be on the miscommunication due to misunderstanding and misinterpret of others which may lead to arguments, intension in personal and professional relationships. We need a comfortable work environment and so we need to avoid conflicts that make communication more challenging.

    Add a background section and a contribution to knowledge section to your culminating research paper.
