Assignment 2 is specifically concerned with the development and sustain" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">inability of an organisational culture to promote and support creativity and in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">innovation across the group and organisational levels of analysis. 1. You are required to critically evaluate group and organisational level support for creativity and in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">innovation in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in the context of your workplace, firstly through application of climate models and secondly through a consideration of the role of creative leadership and creative Human Resource Management and Development in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in promotin" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">ing creative and in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">innovative behaviour, which is qualitatively difference to productivity and performance. 2. You will then need to demonstrate a systematic understandin" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">ing and critical appreciation of the process of creativity and in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">innovation drawin" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">ing on contemporary theories to support your evaluation and synthesis. 3. You will develop a plan to promote creativity and in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">innovation in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in the context of your work organisation supported by contemporary quality academic perspectives. You will need to in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">include an in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in- depth literature review critically evaluatin" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">ing alternative contemporary perspectives in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in order to draw meanin" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">in" rel="nofollow">ingful conclusions and develop feasible recommendations. 4.
