Write a report on your relevant work placement using the Modified Service Profit Chain model as a framework. You will need to create a section for
each of the 11 components of the MSPC. You start each section by describing how your work-place approached each of the components followed by an
evaluation, and then recommendations for improvement. You need to draw on experience and lessons learned in the course. It is expected that you will refer
to a lot of the material you have covered as well as doing a good amount of Evidence Based Research (EBR) on your own .
