Moral waiver for military school

I am trying to apply for military flight school. But due to my administrative action against me called Field Grade Article 15 couple months ago, I have to write an letter aka memorandum or moral request waiver explain about what was going on ….. Here are all the requirements for the letter: (1)        Explain the incident (what, where, when, how, etc..) (2)        Accepting responsibility for your actions (3)        The lessons learned (4)        How you now contribute to your unit, community and military service.   Pretty much I was the supervisor in charge of all the tasks going that day, 5 different tasks. I was saturated and over tasked myself. After we closed out the maintenance and issued the aircraft to the aircrew, one of the crew chief conducted maintenance on the engine and left a multi-tool on the engine. The aircrew found it after 2.9hr flight. Because I was the leadership and final approval of tasks going on that day, my higher leaderships chewed me out for that and gave me Article 15.
