movie, television show, or novel related to topics from the second half of the course. Students are
expected to seek out one of the following movies, television shows, or novels. This list is by no means
exhaustive. If there is another movie/tv show/book you’re interested in, please contact instructor. For
example, your professor is considerably ignorant about anima/manga but fully aware most are inspired by
Buddhism.
