i will attach a paper showin" rel="nofollow">inh the exactly way how to in" rel="nofollow">injure the mouse in" rel="nofollow">in this project ,, you should mention a litile about it
i will attach another file showin" rel="nofollow">ing hows another proposal has been written but in" rel="nofollow">in different subject
my part will be in" rel="nofollow">in
The high resolution structural MRI(T1 + MR spectroscopy) which is white matter/ grey matter atrophy
you should read carefully the aim of this project which is written down and try to in" rel="nofollow">include it

(The aim of this project is to use MRI biomarkers (T1 anatomical structure to measure atrophy; diffusion MRI to measure axonal/myelin" rel="nofollow">in damage; perfusion imagin" rel="nofollow">ing to
measure changes in" rel="nofollow">in tissue perfusion and spectroscopy to measure changes of metabolites) to determin" rel="nofollow">ine the extent of damage and recovery from traumatic spin" rel="nofollow">inal cord

Mouse spin" rel="nofollow">inal cord in" rel="nofollow">injury (N=4 each) will be performed on thoracic T8 level, usin" rel="nofollow">ing a focal impactor by our collaborator Dr Marc Ruitenberg (SBMS). Scans will be
performed at 6 time poin" rel="nofollow">ints: pre-in" rel="nofollow">injury, 2h, 1 day, 2 day, 7d and 35 day post in" rel="nofollow">injury. Each scan will take 2h to complete.
Animal number N=4 represents the min" rel="nofollow">inimum requirement, and this number has been used previously Brenan et al., 2013 and Brenan et al. 2016 (in" rel="nofollow">in press) to achieve
statistical significance in" rel="nofollow">in diffusion study.

tomorrow i will send to you in" rel="nofollow">information about the machin" rel="nofollow">ine which usin" rel="nofollow">ing in" rel="nofollow">in this project the company and the name
