As we discuss musculoskeletal disorders, they are a common and costly problem for people and companies across the United States and can cost missed days of work for many clients. These disorders are preventable and will be discussed in this week’s readings.

- Describe the differences between clinical presentation of sprain, strain, and fracture. Specify the diagnostics and initial treatments for each condition.
- Evaluate the implications of legal, ethical, socioeconomic, psychosocial and cultural factors in relation to musculoskeletal work injuries, including workman’s compensation cases.
