Identify one National Patient Safety Goal that is relevant in your nursing clinical setting Create a paper that details the current research found about your chosen patient safety goal-pick one from the joint commission website https://www.jointcommission.org/. This activity is essential in that you will search for evidence used to address the chosen patient safety goal. Criteria are as follows: Introduction that details the patient safety goal in the nursing clinical practice • Introduction clearly communicates topic; Ideas progress logically; Closing supports main idea. Body discusses the importance of the goal and how a change might improve patient outcomes • Maintains focus on topic throughout; Develops appropriate, logical, and relevant supporting detail and/or evidence; Explains how, why, and in what way evidence support point/claim/thesis. Provide a case scenario/study for that particular goal. Have 3-5 research articles/evidence-based practice research that provides interventions for the that specific goal. Use one slide per article. The articles must be less than 5 years old to be acceptable. Discuss each article and provide rationale as to why this article/research is a valid intervention. For example, how does it prevent/improve the goal.
