New project management process

For a maximum of 60 points extra credit, please write up an essay of up to 2 pages in length which details a Project Management process that is new to your instructor, Molly Swenson. Up to 15 points of credit are given based on the complexity and rarity of the PM Process (in other words, if its new to your instructor). Up to 45 points of credit are given based on your explanation and understanding of the topic. You must include at least 4 sources to your essay.
