1. Read Chapter 9 in Management Communication: A Case-Analysis Approach. As you read this chapter, think of how often you rely on nonverbal channels to communicate. This chapter will introduce you to the nature, principles and outcomes of nonverbal communication.
2. Read Chapter 10 in Management Communication: A Case-Analysis Approach. As you read this chapter, think of the challenges to communicate across cultures. How are these challenges even more significant when dealing with difference languages and countries?
3. Download COMM-515 Managing Communication Chapter 9.ppt and COMM-515 Managing Communication Chapter 10.ppt and review the PowerPoint files to further your understanding of these chapters.
4. Visit the Exploring Nonverbal Communication website and read the description of the seven “channels” of nonverbal communication, then determine how good your nonverbal communication skills are by taking the test.
5. Navigate to the threaded discussion and respond to the following:
   a.
