Nursing leadership change analysis

      Order Description   Develop a scholarly paper that addresses the following criteria: 1. Identify and describe an issue in the current practice setting in need of change-(hostility within a hospital setting, bullying between healthcare providers) 2. Discuss the nurse leader decisions made that lead to the change. 3. Explain a style of nursing leadership (transformational, authoratative, participatory, etc.) most beneficial to the nurse leader to facilitate this change. 4. Describe the role and leadership characteristics, skills, and competencies that would be needed to implement this change. 5. Select and explain a change theory the nurse leader could use to facilitate the change. 6. Develop a step by step action plan to implement and evaluate the change 7. Discuss barriers to the change and ways to prevent resistance and foster ownership of the change.
