Write an overview that describes the topic and what you hope to learn (Min length is 1/2 single spaced page)
Include a preliminary list of resources you plan to use to research this topic. Just 2-3 examples to show there is
sufficient information to support this research. The resources can be websites, articles, press releases, and
interviews.
