• Presentin" rel="nofollow">ing a detailed critical analysis of the fin" rel="nofollow">indin" rel="nofollow">ings.
• Reflectin" rel="nofollow">ing on your critical analysis, discuss what this means for you as a future leader or manager.
• Based on these fin" rel="nofollow">indin" rel="nofollow">ings outlin" rel="nofollow">ine an action plan that will help you develop your leadership skills.
The in" rel="nofollow">individual report must in" rel="nofollow">include:
• Executive Summary.
• Table of contents.
• Introduction (only one in" rel="nofollow">introduction is required for the report). (100 words)
• Brief Review of your fin" rel="nofollow">indin" rel="nofollow">ings. (500 words)
• Critical analysis of the four topics in" rel="nofollow">includin" rel="nofollow">ing a reflection on your future leadership skills. (1,000 words)
• One Action Plan usin" rel="nofollow">ing SMART processes based on perceived weaknesses. (800 words)
• Conclusion (only one conclusion is required for the report). (100 words)
