Organizational Change is inevitable for any organization; however, managing change is difficult. Change is necessary for a plethora of reasons such as the economy, technology, etc... However, research shows that internal communication of organizational change is a problem which leads to a strain of an organization's productivity. Your Paper needs to reflect research that addresses two (2) management responsibilities: 1) strategies for effective organizational change 2) effective internal communication needed for effective change 3) Evaluate your body of research collected. For example, do a number of sources identify the same strategies or are there a number of various strategies that exist? Which do you feel is more effective? Why? Etc.
