Organizational Commitment

Organizational Commitment Order Description 2 academic journals from a library - not a google search. Arrangement: Paragraph 1 (introductory paragraph) - needs to indicate road map of the paper, what you intend to cover. Need to define organizational commitment through research with appropriate reference. Paragraph 2 - Cover the first article's finding on organizational commitment. Paragraph 3 - Cover the second article's findings on organizational commitment. (It can't be similar to the first article because each research/discussion about a concept is different). Paragraph 4 - (conclusion to cover highlights of research and try to relate this research to actual workplace experience). Need at least 3 sources.
