Part B – Policies and Procedures document You are required to develop a policy and procedures document that outlines a compliance programto meet the legal requirements for your new business. This program should include: •    system for monitoring compliance •    internal audits as appropriate •    staff training process •    process for dissemination of information •    contingency plans for compliance breaches •    mapping for workplace planning and operations •    implementation and review procedures. Assume that you have a staff of five to ten people who will be referring to this document. It should be presented professionally, and include: •    title page •    table of contents •    review date •    introduction •    definitions where required •    referencing to legal requirements •    important compliance dates •    resources required •    roles and responsibilities •    all relevant sample forms and  task checklists in the appendix •    references •    appropriate headers and footers – page numbers, date, etc.
