Patient-nurse limits

On Massachus ballot this November 2018. Proposal will limit how many patients could be assigned to each nurse at one time in hospitals and other healthcare facilities. The maximum number of patients would vary by type of unit and level of care. A yes vote would limit the number of patients that could be assigned to each nurse in hospitals and other healthcare facilities across the Massachusetts. A No vote would make no changes. I am assigned to support/ defend this ballot question. ( Yes vote). Paper will require research into data and much critical thinking. Must develop compelling arguments to persuade your colleagues as to how they should vote.
