  Patients information Case study question: ms agm gibson was admitted to the hospital for congestive heart failure through the hospital's emergency department. During her admission she was asked to verbally aoknoweldge whether her demographic data were correct. Ms gibson did so- Extensive diagnostic tests were done inculding radiology studies. It was later discovered that all of ms gibson's information had been entered into another patient‘s file. How would you correct this situation?
