Pay it Forward/Act of Gratitude

  Pay it Forward/Act of Gratitude We ask that you either “Pay it Forward” or perform an “Act of Gratitude”. An example of a Pay it Forward would be helping somebody with their groceries, holding a door open, buying the person behind you coffee etc..... An Act of Gratitude would be calling your parents/grandparent/teachers/friends and letting them know how much they have positively influenced your life. This must be documented (Date, Time, Activity) and a brief description of the event posted with the following information: What did you do When did you do it (date & time) How did it make you feel How does this help you in your mindfulness journey List 3 things you are grateful for
