1. On the internet, research the different formats for Personal Development Plans. Consider which elements are most useful and what format you want to use for your own PDP.

2. Create your personal development plan tailored to what you have learnt from the PDP course module. You should include in this a summary of your goals and the SMART development objectives which describe the skills, knowledge and capabilities you need to develop in order to achieve these goals.
