Personal Leadership Vision and Self-Efficacy Plan

Assignment 2 is a continuation of the first assignment where you examined your strengths. In this assignment, you are to create a personal plan in order to (1) continue to develop your attributes and strengths as a current or future leader and (2) increase your self-efficacy within your chosen field of practice. How would you plan to confront these challenges? What Knowledge, Skills and Actions (KSAs) would you need to acquire and apply to overcome these challenges?
