Introduction and Calling: I have been called to lead in local church ministry, missions, and nonprofit organizations. My vision is to create an environment that encourages spiritual growth and development, while striving for holistic transformation of the lives of those around us. I am passionate about equipping leaders who are committed to influencing culture through love-driven action. As a leader, I want to model integrity, humility, truthfulness, creativity, service and excellence; values which will guide everything we do as a church or organization.

7–10 Core Principles:
1) Love God First: At the heart of all our work should be a deep desire to honor God every step of the way- from our attitudes and motivations in serving others through faithfully following His principles for how we lead our ministries (Matthew 22:37). This means keeping Him first so that our actions reflect His goodness and grace instead of personal agendas or interests (John 15:5).
2) Servant Leadership: A leader must serve those they’re leading by example - willingly submitting their own personal agenda in order to help others grow spiritually (Mark 10:45). This includes demonstrating patience when teaching new concepts or ideas, listening intently when needed most and encouraging team members by trusting them with important tasks/responsibilities within their individual capacities. We must show respect towards each other while striving together towards common goals based on biblical truths (Philippians 2:3-4).
