if it is from a newspaper). Then, research background information about the photographer using the a
reputable source. In your essay, include a copy of the photo or photos, give a summary of the article and
photographer’s background information, and explain how the photograph or photographs helped explain or
support the news story. You can also write about what other photographs could have helped explain the story
better or are lacking from the story.
