Planet Money Presentation Directions

Click on the following link and select a Planet Money podcast on some macroeconomic topic that interests you: Planet Money: npr website.
After listening to whichever podcast you choose, develop a PowerPoint presentation, probably about five to 10 slides (approximately 5 minutes), plus a title page and reference page. You need to include notes in the notes pages area for each slide. Under the notes pages, you will write notes as if you were giving the presentation orally. The presentation should include remarks on additional research, and should explain how the topic fits into the course subject (macroeconomics).

Your presentation should include:

1. Title page
2. Overview of the podcast
3. Additional research you have done on the topics
4. Relationship of the podcast to material we have covered in the class
5. Your conclusions and observations
6. Reference page
   Here are a couple points to remember about presentations:
   Keep your slides simple, with at most six points per slide. Use notes pages to supplement your slides with additional details, facts and supporting materials.
   Make the slides easy to read. Complicated slides with small type fonts are difficult for your audience to read and interpret.
