CASE Of walter Wallance Jr
Walter Wallace Jr. was an African-American man that was gunned down by police in West Philadelphia. He supposedly had a knife in his hand and moved towards police after being instructed to put his weapon down. He was shot around 14 times by two different officers. Walter was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. Sources say that they initially called an ambulance to help with Walter’s mental crisis and didn’t call for the police.
