The following post has two assignments namely;

o What change are you proposing in the practicum setting related to the translation of evidence into practice at the aggregate level?(EDUCATING PHYSICIANS ON THE IMPORTANCE OF HAVING EARLY DISCUSSIONS ABOUT END OF LIFEISSUES IN THE TERMINALLY ILL) o How did you and your mentor identify this change(TERMINALLY ILL PATIENTS IN THE PRACTICUM SETTING, SET UNREALISTIC GOALS OF CARE BECAUSE THEY HAVE FALSE HOPE ABOUT THEIR DIAGNOSES) o What is the role of leadership in the change process—specifically as it relates to your practicum setting(HOSPITAL) and the change you have identified(EDUCTING PHYSICIANS ON THE NEED TO HAVE EARLY DISCUSSIONS ON POOR PROGNOSIS). o What are some facilitating and inhibiting factors with regard to leadership and this issue? Refer to leadership and change theory. o What opportunities and challenges could arise based on your personal leadership style as well as your role within your practicum setting?(THE ROLE OF A DNP(DOCTOR OF NURSING PRACTICE) STUDENT IN THE PRACTICUM SETTING) DISCUSSION 2-2 PAGES WITH THREE REFERENCES What new skills or insights have you gained through your practicum experiences AS A DNP STUDENT? How is this impacting your leadership development and planning related to your proposed change?(SAME CHANGE AS ABOVE) What adjustments might need to be made to your leadership presence within the practicum environment—or your plan for change? What challenges are you encountering or would you anticipate at this point? If necessary, what can be done to improve the situation? What additional supports would be beneficial? Evaluate your Practicum Experience, focusing on how you have deepened your ability to promote change and support evidence based practice as outlined in the AACN Essentials and your specialty area

2.The ten Amendments that make up the Bill of Rights

Which of the ten Amendments that make up the Bill of Rights do you think is the most interesting, and why? Given that there are only ten of them, why did the Founding Fathers put in that particular Amendment...in other words, give me a bit of background about why they would consider it important.
