On January 30 (2018), President Trump will give his State of the Union Address to Congress. In TWO pages maximum, please discuss (1) What are two of President Trump's key proposals? (2) Protagonists - Who argues in support of the President's proposals, and what are their arguments that the President's proposals are good for America?
