Process book for multi-function Desk Organizer

For my final project I am working on designing multi-function desk organizer. In order to present my work to the class I have to write a process book report or case study explaining all the steps I took from beginning and all the way till improvement ( the step of the design process) in this paper please provide answer to the following questions: what is the problem you want to solve by creating this multi-function desk organizer? who are the users? Office use, make up organizer, jewelry holder what is your design process? what are the design options and how decisions are made? what are the constrains and limitations? How to validate your design? What will be your next step to improve your work and why you decide to improve it. I will also attach the picture of my first design and second design ( the one that improved)
