Let’s assume that you’re currently working for a consulting firm and one day you were given a new project to yield an effective plan to improve a firm’s service quality. Your group is required to select a hospitality company(The Cheesecake Factory) that you’re interested in and will develop a service quality improvement plan. It will be a great opportunity to apply what we have learned; how to measure a firm’s service quality based on 5 basic components of service quality.
