Manually allocate resources and find the minimum project duration (for crane resource only and neglect others). Also, identify in details the main problems associated with resources.

6. Assume that a Team of workers can install X square yards of carpeting in Y hours. If the number of workers and man-hours stay the same but the output (Productivity) increases by P%, find the number square yards installs after the increase in productivity? (Use Table 4)
7. Discuss the reasons behind and the effect of lowering of crews’ production rate along with the suggested procedure to improve the production rate.
