Order Description
Instructions: evaluate each of the project objectives you developed in" rel="nofollow">in Week 2. Use APA Level 1 headin" rel="nofollow">ing for the course objective and Level 2 headin" rel="nofollow">ings
format for your project objective, then write a narrative evaluation for each specific objective. Describe how each project objective was achieved. If it
was not achieved, explain" rel="nofollow">in why; explain" rel="nofollow">in any revisions you needed to make. Here is an example based on the first program objective; this example is how
to write up the narrative only. For proper APA format, see the APA bubble sheet or manual. As always, APA is double-spaced.

Create Three Simulation Scenarios for Adult Learner usin" rel="nofollow">ing ‘SimMan’ Technology by Week 2.
I was able to create three scenarios. However, it took longer than expected, and they were not all complete until Week 3. I had difficulty fin" rel="nofollow">indin" rel="nofollow">ing
evidence-based practices for the scenario in" rel="nofollow">involvin" rel="nofollow">ing the post-op patient. However, with the help of my classmates, we found current research that
I applied to the scenario. I also had some difficulty uploadin" rel="nofollow">ing the scenario in" rel="nofollow">interfacin" rel="nofollow">ing with the SimMan technology. I contacted the company sales
representative and, with their help, uploaded the scenario to SimMan. I now feel confident I can handle the simulation technology. The three scenarios
were successfully in" rel="nofollow">interfaced by the end of Week 3. I had to look back to my human growth and development as well as my basic psychology courses to
understand the adult learner. I realized I needed to create my scenarios so they were meanin" rel="nofollow">ingful and relevant for the adult learner. I needed to design
scenarios so they were self-directed, problem-solvin" rel="nofollow">ing activities to appeal to the adult learner. My scenarios all had, as the foundation, these key poin" rel="nofollow">ints
to address learnin" rel="nofollow">ing needs for the adult learner.
