The entire 3rd grade at Ernestin" rel="nofollow">ine Williams Elementary School has been in" rel="nofollow">in turmoil, particularly with physical fightin" rel="nofollow">ing and verbal arguin" rel="nofollow">ing. The third grade consist of 3 classes (45 students) equally divided in" rel="nofollow">into 15 students per classroom. Of the three teachers: 1) One is a functional alcoholic; 2) One is considered a ?weak? teacher; and 3) One is a good teacher who sometimes has been considered ?harsh and racist?. Devise a program to assist the 3rd grade students and their teachers based on the counselin" rel="nofollow">ing theory assigned for your group

7. DEMONSTRATION: Demonstrate an aspect of the counselin" rel="nofollow">ing theory in" rel="nofollow">intervention program relative to the group?s case study.
8. PROGRAM EVALUATION: Explain" rel="nofollow">in how your group will access and evaluation the program in" rel="nofollow">intervention design and implementation based on the assigned theory (i.e. survey, test in" rel="nofollow">instrument, etc.).
