Push-Up Challenge Order Description This project is designed as a 28-day Cross-Over Study. Each student will serve as their own experimental and control group. Within" rel="nofollow">in this Cross Over Study each student will choose only 1 OPTION to carry out. You will be given 6 Options to choose from below. At the end of the study, each student will write a paper highlightin" rel="nofollow">ing the experiment.
