Describe at least three situations each where you, as the Project Manager, would demonstrate leadership vs managing skills.
Describe the traits of an effective project manager
Describe steps you would take to assemble, develop, and manage a project team
Describe the importance of project sponsorship during project execution
Describe methods the project manager can use to resolve team conflict (escalating to the Sponsor or Sr Management is not an option, the project manager is expected to be capable to resolve conflict)
Describe methods and specific metrics that can be used to evaluate project cost and schedule progress as well as on-going performance.
