Neutral Alignment (spine/pelvis): What is "neutral spinal alignment?" Are you aware of your posture when you sit, stand, walk, exercise? How much does postural awareness affect your health?
Strength: What does it mean to be physically "strong?" How does strength affect your daily movement? Do you consider yourself strong? How does strength affect your health?
Breath: How much do you think about breathing? Does your breath affect your ability to move your body? Does your breath affect your strength, your posture or your overall health?
