The purpose of this project is to provide students with specific questions which will reflect upon their Myers-Briggs Personality Type (MBTI) and those of their team members. In addition, students are asked to identify their key leamings concerning the application of the MBTI as a tool to improve teamwork.
Approach: The intention is that each student will reflect upon their teamwork experience this semester through an enhanced understanding of their own personality type and those of team members. Important to note is how they may need to adjust, or flex, their personality type to successfully work in teams or to serve as an effective manager. • Reflect upon both your own Myers-Briggs Type and those of your team members. • Research your team members' four-letter type indicator online and/or in the library. • Review and compare the set of "Team Member Evaluation" forms completed on your behalf with the 'Team Member Evaluation of Yourself' which you completed. • Respond to the specific questions supplied below.
