Investigate the association of the corporate governance disclosure level in" rel="nofollow">in annual reports with firm size, listed age, and profitability (3 factors). I would focus on corporate governance disclosure practices of Saudi listed durin" rel="nofollow">ing the period 2015-2016, and relates the extent of disclosure to the factors. The study will cover all listed companies and data will extracted by usin" rel="nofollow">ing a disclosure checklist issued by the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA).
