A computer company that sells new equipment and conducts maintenance receives frequent complaints from customers about their bad post purchase service.
Describe a complete Research process that starts from management dilemma about the causes of those complaints. You should follow the research process steps in their entirety and describe all aspects/decisions taken.
As the researcher, describe the final report that you would submit to higher management with suggested solutions.
The project report should contain the following:
1- Cover page.
2- Table of contents. (1 marks)
3- Executive summary (or Abstract). (10 marks)
4- Research overview (intro, research questions, significance, hypotheses, etc). (10 marks)
5- Implementation methods (e.g. variables, sample, research instrument(s), analysis techniques, etc). (10 marks)
6- Findings, recommendations, conclusions, limitations, etc. (8 points)
7- References. (1 points)
