Research of Half the Sky- Nicholas D. Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn Order Description   In the book, Half the Sky, you see many intractable problems that people face in the world. Pick two problems you see profiled in Half that Sky chapters 7-13. Write a paper that evaluates both problems, and decides which problem the United Nations should spend resources (time, money, staff) to fix. 1.Explain the scope of the problems 2. Evaluate the problems in terms of who and how many they affect, and what it would take to be able to fix them. 3. Conclude by making a recommendation on which one to fix. You can decide that one is more deserving of help than another, that one is more desperate a situation than another, or that one is more fixable than another, or any combination that you can think of to help you make your decision. 4. Each paragraph should have a topic sentence, your own thinking. Also, you could add examples. Paper: MLA format, 7-10 pages not including the Works Cited page, and 5-7 references, of which Half the Sky may be one.
